Our Preventative Maintenance Services are performed on-site by certified engineers. Our schedule preventative maintenance service is performed monthly and can be customised to suite your business, such as weekly and fortnightly.
During the on-site visit, the engineer will perform maintenance on your complete Network infrastructure; Server, Routers, Switches etc.
One of the components that are maintained during the visit is the backup system. Daily Backups are a critical component of every business. Businesses fall into the trap of assuming their backups are being performed correctly and will save them in the event of a catastrophe.
During the on-site visit the integrity of your backup system will be tested and verified.
Any changes made to your Network are documented and tracked in our support system.
Like all of our services, there are no contracts with the Preventative Maintenance Service. Performed once a month and you can cancel at anytime with penalties.
